IMPORTANT HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
i. The booking is only for the number of people specified in the booking summary. Both CHILDREN and ADULTS must be registered on the booking summary.
If you would like to book CHILDREN under 12 years old then please contact namulombok@gmail.com for further information.
Extra guests are not allowed without prior approval from Namu management.
To request additional guests after making the booking please email namulombok@gmail.com
ii. Reservation is completed upon full payment.
iii. Booking Confirmation is subject to valid credit card details.
iv. Guests will be charged the following cancellation fees:

More than 14 days before arrival date: Free cancellation.

14 days or less before arrival date: the guest will be charged 50% of their total stay.

Less than 2 days or no show: the guest will be charged 100% of their total stay.
v. Check-in is from 2pm until 9pm. Security can greet late arrivals after 9pm.
vi. Check out is from 8am until 11am.
vii. Reception is closed from 5pm until 8am.
viii.One-bedroom villas maximum of 2 people, Two-bedroom villas are limited to a maximum of 4 people (adults and children)

This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Full Charge - If canceled within 2 days of arrival
Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If canceled within 14 days of arrival
No Charge - If canceled more than 14 days before arrival
Additional description
ix. No smoking in rooms.
x. No pets allowed.
xi. Namu is not responsible in the case of damage or loss of personal or rented items.
xii. If an extra mat is requested for any reason, an additional fee of 300,000rp / per day will be charged.
xiii. Damage deposit of 1,000,000rp is required upon check-in for stays of 5 nights or more. It will be refunded after checking the room before check-out.
xiv. Rooms/Beds cannot be rebooked for the same or different price without prior confirmation from Namu Management. This includes but is not limited to Booking Agents and Retreat Hosts.
xv. No shows will be charged the full cancelation fee as per hotel policy and entire booking cancelled.
